We are down to the Team event now - 16 nations including Canada will put 4 athletes (2 ladies & 2 men) in a head to head parallel GS in an timed elimination event.
Each race day, I bring all the bibs to the start for distribution to the athletes. Tonight, I have the bibs for the teams. If you look closely, there are only 15 packets of bibs.
The 16th packet needed to be removed as the OAR (Olympic Athletes from Russia) bibs mistakenly had RUS and the Russian flag printed on them. The Russia/OAR thing is a bit of an issue here.
Our set of spare blank bibs needed to be taken out to get an OAR logo put on them.
I will get them just before race time....or they might be wearing spare bibs from the slalom.
