Seoul arrival

I have now arrived in safely in Seoul. Flight was a bit delayed coming out of Vancouver but got in close to the scheduled arrival time. They fast track anyone associated with the Olympics so there was no waiting for immigration and no one was in the line to get my final accreditation. All of the POCOG volunteers have been very helpful.

Sitting here having a craft Korean pale ale before I get on my 3 1/2 hour bus ride Jeongseon.

 

When I did get on the 42 seater bus, there were only 7 passengers. The other 6 got off at the Pheonix Park venue and for the last hour of the ride - it was just me and the bus driver.

Things are slowing starting to look 'very Olympic'.

The only casualty so far is that my Canada bag tag didn't survive the flight.
