They are like handwarmer packs but in a thin layer built into a wrap. It radiates heat keeping your lower back nice and warm and which, when standing in ski boots all day, eases back pain. For me, they easily lasted 10 hours.
When you are at the start from 7 am until 4 pm, like these large field two run tech events, wearing one of these babies will change your life.
